Poll: Were you a bridezilla?
Helping my friend out for her wedding has got me wondering - -How many brides were really a bridezilla?
So - - Honestly, do you think you were a bridezilla at your wedding?
Re: Poll: Were you a bridezilla?
I don't think I was a full blown one, but I had my moments the day of the wedding.
I was so laid back towards everyone in the bridal party - -so much so that I just gave the girls a color swatch & told them to find a dress that they felt comfortable in in that color. I didn't even dictate shoes or accesories. It's not that I didn't care, I just wanted them to be comfortable.
I don't think I was. DH and I were super laid back about it all...I had one BM that turned into a super-b!tch when she became my BM and hated every decision I made and was very vocal about it (i.e. we had a sitdown dinner and she preferred buffet) and when I told her that if she didn't want to be in th wedding she could back out she started telling everyone I was a Wedding Nazi. Everyone she said that to slammed her down and told her I was the complete opposite...
Yeah...we're not friends anymore...
HA! That's the way to go!
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Ha! Robyn, I kept telling you to put your bridezilla shoes on. A certain girl really needed it. You were like Kat...too nice.
And I would say that I was not a bridezilla. My BM's didn't really have to do much of anything. And money and time weren't really issues so wedding planning was fun for me.
Not at all! I did have ONE moment though at the rehearsal. I had the WORST wedding coordinator ever!! At the rehearsal SHE was telling ME where I should be and how everyone should line up and where I should stand and so on. Ummmm I hired YOU. And I know what I'm supposed to do and I know where I want everyone at. Don't tell me lady! She was actually correcting me on how I wanted everything. Ugh, she was so awful. I'm so happy I don't have to deal with her again.
but overall, no bridezilla for me
