Prenatal Exercise/Yoga Classes?
I'm looking for some recommendations for some prenatal yoga or exercise classes. I'm not finding a whole lot around here. Have any of you ladies taken part in any?
What about the FitMom group through Lakeside? Has anyone ever been to any of those?

I'm pretty sure Wild Lotus has some. They have everything else. I LOVE them too. I wish I lived closer.
