the lemon-mascarpone filled one sounds amazing, too. i think i'm going to try that one tomorrow!
in any case, don't buy WS' pan. the amazon one is cheaper and works wonderfully!
I remember reading you bought it on amazon, no way in hell I'd buy it at WS, that place is a rip-off. I bought a hand-crank pasta machine there for $70 (I had a GC) and ended up finding a very similar one at marshall's for 19.99. I took the WS one back.
