As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm so happy and relieved! I know we've all been worried about the economy and its effect on our jobs, and even though I thought I was "safe," I'm just so so happy to have a near-perfect review in my file! Sadly, I have to wait until the Board approves raises next month to see how much I get.
