yes, i think it was called ?julian cut and color.
i went there in sept and loved it (michael cut my hair and i cant remembre the girl who colored it but michael recommended her and i really liked it)....but now i am on a budget and my next haircut will be at Fantastic Sams (i have a $10.95 coupon)!!
i am also going back to dark hair for the summer so that will save on color?
