HE WON!!!!!!
Full physical and legal custody! Baby mama didn't bother showing up to court. She gets visitation (if she wants it) every other weekend from Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm. He was told he can file for child support. She's unemployed (by choice) so it wouldn't do much for him right now.
Happy day for my family, but sad at the same time knowing that my niece has such a shiiiiittty mother who doesn't care enough about her to put up some sort of fight. Well, my brother is a good enough parent for the both of them!
