I haven't had good corned beef hash in awhile. My favorite is at Grand Luxe Cafe (yes, a chain, shut it) but they don't serve it at the LA one *sob*

some are grossed out by it, some would kill for it. i'm in the latter group
but it really is so bad for you. once a year is about right.
it's like if a delicious club sandwich and french toast got married and had a baby. that's the monte cristo.
I'm a sucker for the sweet/savory combos. I'll put it on my must-have list.

no worries, dipitie, just do what i do. eat it as soon as you get there, and then walk your ass off around the park for 8+ hours.
bonus points if you have a 25-ish pound weight strapped to you, like i usually do.

Ha ha! I did something similar once. I took a little boy I nannied for to D-Land, ate a Monte Crosto when we got there, rented a stroller and pushed him in that damn thing all day long. BTW, he was 6 and weighed about 50 lbs.
