  • QOTW: What is your favorite healthy breakfast?  Coffee - lol.  I don't always eat breakfast but when I do I like English Muffins with some peanut butter or instant oatmeal.  I also like Egg Beaters

    Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.  I am not proud of myself for anything.  I didn't eat well at all so we'll see how my WW meeting goes tomorrow :(  I did still get my 3 times at the gym in this week.

    Any goals for this upcoming week?  Eat better, get back on the wagon in that respect.

    Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am proud that I made it to the gym as much as I did because of how insanely busy I am right now

    Any goals for this upcoming week? to get to the gym and start eating a little healthier... I started but DH ate all the lettuce (who eats an ENTIRE head of lettuce in 2 days???)

  • QOTW: What is your favorite healthy breakfast? Cottage cheese with a little bit of applesauce or plain oatmeal with raisins.

    Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I ran 3.1 miles at the gym on Monday.  I can now do a 5k run! 

    Any goals for this upcoming week? Gradually trim time off of my 5k.

    This made me laugh! Be happy that your DH eats things that are considered to be vegetables! Mine somehow convinced me that it would be a good idea to get pizza and hoagies from Metro for dinner. I need to learn to just say no! Sad

    Haha! What you don't know is what he put on them... taco meat, taco shells, cheese, and a bunch of other taco crap. Blech! (I don't like tacos and I had to do a Math Family Night so he was on his own for dinner). But yea he does eat vegetables. Not many... I'm lucky to get him to eat anything green.

  • I haven't checked in in a while so here are my goals: ST-to start making better healthy eating choices.

    LT-To lose 80 lbs

    QOTW: My favorite healthy breakfast is oatmeal.

    What am I proud of this week? Well, I'll answer for the past few weeks... I joined a weight loss program at work. It runs from last Thursday to the Middle of June. Last week I lost 6 lbs but this week I put one lb. back on. I'm proud of losing so much already and I'm REALLY proud of the lunches I've been eating. I haven't been tempted too much to go out to Sheetz or McDonalds for lunch and I've been bringing soup or salad instead.

  • I really need to get motivated again!!

    My ST goal is to go to the gym 4 times a week

    LT goal: lose 80-100 pounds

    QOTW: I love fruit and oatmeal or special k cereal

    What am I proud of this week? I am trying to make healthier choices like salad for lunches.  I will make it to the gym 3 times this week and hopefully on Sunday.

    any kind of Kashi with fruit, strawberries are my favorite! or as a second breakfast, Stonyfield Oikos yogurt with honey and some cereal/granola mixed in.

    Oh gosh, that's a tough one... not eating everything in sight? Probably cooking at home, I've been trying to do that way more often now.

    Any goals for this upcoming week?
    hopefully I can get to the gym at LEAST once! I've really been slacking busy so I haven't been able to get there.
