Our house is officially on the market!
After weeks of prep (and lots of stress), it FINALLY went on the market on Monday afternoon! We had our first showing last night, and three are scheduled for today so far! I am so excited! I really, really hope it sells quick because I can't even think about keeping the house as clean as it is right now with the two girls. I've heard from a number of people now that say we priced it low, so hopefully it will get snatched up quick. As our realtor says, "price it low, watch it go!"

YAY! Your listing looks GREAT! How could it not though. I think it will sell very quickly.
I emailed the listing to Matt but he's still not on the moving train with me. I guess it's good that one of us is in the save mode.

That's so exciting!!! Like the others said, I'm sure it will go quick...it really is a wonderful home in a great location.
I walk past that house in our neighborhood everyday and get so sad that it didn't work out for you guys. : ( We need some younger couples in our neighborhood.

Best of luck Jill! I have no doubt that it will sell fast, it really is a beautiful home and you guys did a wonderful job with it. I know if we were moving to your area we'd buy your house in a heartbeat.
Do you have any new houses in mind yet since that last one didn't work out? I can't wait to see what you do with your new place
