Do you and YH have wills? I do, he doesn't. We're going to be fixing that next week though.

Do you and YH have advance medical directives? Again, no, but we will in a week!
Why or why not? They always say that the barber always needs a haircut and the lawyer always needs the will - basically I've been too busy taking care of other people's documents that I've forgotten about doing my own! We talked about it all last night though and will be taking care of it all very soon.

Why or why not? We have nothing to will at this point. About the only things we'd have are the two cars, our personal belongings, and the dog. (I don't think there are often custody cases of dogs after their owners are deceased. LOL We've verbally said something to ILs about them taking her if something happened to us.)

Why or why not? We have kids, simple enough as to why. We really need to update all of it however since most of it was done before we were married and it will need to be changed now that hubs is addopting the boys.

Why or why not? This is something we have put off but now with the baby coming we really need to get it done and I hope to have it completed before he arrives or shortly after.

Why or why not? it's one of those things you don't really want to think about it having to do...that shouldn't be an excuse though. We don't have anything to will away either. Our furbabies would go to my parents though. That has been discussed.
