What's Mullica Hill like?

Hi everyone- I haven't been on here lately  but you might remember me-   I posted asking about Logan Township, NJ.

We like Logan, but found a great place in Mullica Hill.  We've been there a few times, it seems great... I've heard some concerns about traffic.

What are you thoughts? What's Mullica Hill like?

For those of you living in Mullica Hill - Do you like it?  Do you like the schools? Any concerns/issues?

 THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!! :):)

Re: What's Mullica Hill like?

  • I'm pretty new to the area and have ILs in Mullica Hill. ?I am not aware of any part of Mullica Hill that's not nice, but the traffic on 322 can be terrible at times. ?I know there is another road planned to re-route shore traffic that will likely not be finished for years. ?DH graduated from Clearview HS. ?I'll ask his opinion of the area. ?I assume the main reason we are in Pitman is so that we could be close, but not too close to his parents.
  • I heard it is nice.  Sometimes I have to take 322 and it's backed up.  But sometimes it depends on what time I leave.  If I leave early enough, I don't hit all of the traffic (going in the DE direction)
  • I grew up in Mullica Hill and it's a nice area. Depending on where you live and commute - 322 may not be an issue. Where I lived (near Clearview) it wasn't. The schools are good, too.
  • We live in Mullica Hill and love it.  The schools are good and the commute to Philly and Wilmington is about 30 minutes or so.  Taxes are high though.

During the summer 322 backs up on Friday night and Saturday morning but you can find way around the traffic.  Other than those times, I have not experienced major traffic on 322.

    Good luck to you
