Good morning! I am on a mission today to close two cases that are sitting on my desk. Hopefully they will be over with by early next week.
Other than that, I think I'm going to have a VERY hard time sleeping in the new house when MH is gone this weekend. He got home late last night from work and I was paranoid - I seriously checked the locks on EVERY door about 7 times (we have 6 doors that lead to the outside!!!). And the poor cat - his cat - was traumatized that he wasn't home. She was seriously walking around like she was depressed. And as soon as he walked in, she was fine! She even started playing and running around the house the second she saw him. And I was worried she was sick and was going to call the vet this morning for an appointment!
Re: Morning Ladies!
Good morning! I'm dragging ass this morning. I fell asleep around 11 last night and have been up since 4:30 to get to the train by 5:30 and to work by 6:15. I have 12.5 more hours to go until I catch the 8:10 train home.
At least I'm working from home W and Th and don't have to get up as early.
Counting down the days until April 15th.
Morning, I have a meeting at 9 to determine how much longer I have on this project, the client took some of my scope away yesterday (to save some of their own), I was out all last week and I caught up yesterday morning, not a good sign. I'm thinking of going down to 3 days a week, we'll see how that goes, I can't wait for the economy to get better, this sucks!
Other than that, I'm OK. I'm going to post some of Cate's B'day pics in a new post, something is wrong with the internet at work and I can get onto FB.
Morning! I actually got up on time this morning and feel okay.
French, I always have a hard time sleeping when MH is gone. I swear I check the locks on all the doors and windows several times and always stay up so late. Our cats too go crazy when he is gone. They just disappear and don't come around until he is home. Little traitors, I'm the one that feeds them and changes their litter boxes!
Melanie, you are almost there!
Good Morning.
I have a doctor's apt. at 3:45 today so I'm very excited for my work day to be over!
Well, between our two cats, one is mine and one is his. Of course the one he bought me for Christmas is his cat. Sigh. At least the other one likes me best!
I never had trouble sleeping in the old house. I think that was probably because it had an alarm system and was much smaller - so if I heard a noise, it took me about 20 seconds to determine what it was. The new house is about 3x the size of the old one and if there's a noise, I have to check every room (which is 3 levels of house!! luckily the basement doesn't have an interior entrance so I don't have to check it out too). We've GOT to get an alarm system soon!
Morning! I got a pretty decent night's sleep last night so I'm in an alright mood. Oh and like Michelle I have a Dr's appoint today so I hope the day goes by quickly.
Mandy I think you need to get that alarm system put in soon!
