We were out bid

I'm really dissapointed but we can't go beyond our maxium, since I really want to start a family soon.

Hopefully more houses will open up forsale soon!

  • Your far from here, but reality in the southern half of the country is way cheaper. Hubby is from maine and i was comparing homes with the same sq footage of what we just bought in OK and theyre about twice as much...we got a 3bed, 1.5bath with 1678 sq ft for 99k. But i think that's just oklahoma. I wouldn't suggest living here for any other reason....we're only here because of the air force. In about 7 years, we'll be back up north and probably be out bid a hundred times. Keep you head up, you'll find the perfect house within the budget. Make friends with your realtor!
