Just a friendly reminder that some of you have said you'd like to participate in the OC Nestie Team April Challenge!
A summary of the "30 Workouts in 30 Days of April Challenge":
Now, it doesn't mean to workout every day of the month, no way. Each
different exercise/activity that you do that is at least 25 minutes (or so...more if
it's a cardio workout and maybe a little less if it's a weightlifting
workout) counts as a workout towards the goal of 30. Examples of things that count as 1 workout APIECE:
- weights
- dvd workout
- a run
- yoga
- stretching (if it's at least 20 dedicated minutes, come on)
If you think about it like that, it's not so bad, right? Seems easy to get 1, maybe 2, or even 3 workouts in a day towards that goal of 30.
