Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Reminder: Sparkpeople OC Nestie APRIL Challenge!

Just a friendly reminder that some of you have said you'd like to participate in the OC Nestie Team April Challenge!

 A summary of the "30 Workouts in 30 Days of April Challenge":

Now, it doesn't mean to workout every day of the month, no way. Each different exercise/activity that you do that is at least 25 minutes (or so...more if it's a cardio workout and maybe a little less if it's a weightlifting workout) counts as a workout towards the goal of 30. Examples of things that count as 1 workout APIECE:

- weights
- dvd workout
- a run
- yoga
- stretching (if it's at least 20 dedicated minutes, come on)

If you think about it like that, it's not so bad, right?  Seems easy to get 1, maybe 2, or even 3 workouts in a day towards that goal of 30.

 Please join us or consider it.  Even if not, feel free to join the Spark team and cheer your fellow nesties on.  =)
