We accepted an offer on the house!
I guess we're under contract now! We signed the final papers this afternoon at lunch for a really good offer. Then we just wait for their home inspection and all that fun stuff, and hopefully, we'll be good to go. I am so relieved and excited at the same time!

Congratulations!!! Now we move on to the next HGTV show - the one with the home inspector. Is the closing date decided after the home inspection?
Jill have you thought of names for your HGTV show?
LOL! I told Mark I learned everything I know about real estate and home staging from HGTV (a little scary, right?!) When we were at the negotiating table, I would say..."Now, this is what they did on 'Property Virgins'...but I'm not sure how it is in real life...."
Hopefully, the inspection won't bring any real surprises since we actually had a pre-inspection done in February to see what we really needed to get fixed before putting our house on the market.
