QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)?
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.
Any goals for this upcoming week?

Re: *~A Healthy You Check In~*
QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? my motivation is what I want to become... I remember what every exercise will get me toward what I want to be... and if I am working out and want to stop before I should I think of what I don't want to become
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am proud that I am starting to notice a small difference.
Any goals for this upcoming week? just to keep on trucking on
QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? my main motivation is my children... mainly Bella.... I have always been big and was teased pretty bad in middle school.... I want to be a better example for my children so that they can learn from me... I would so anything to prevent them from getting teased as I did
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am still slowly losing... so that is good... I got my hair cut as well and I think that I am starting to feel better about myself
Any goals for this upcoming week? I am going to steal from Abbie "just to keep trucking on"
QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? I think of how good I felt about myself when I saw the results of my last diet/exercise program that I did before my wedding. The food part is hard though for me, I usually end up giving in to stuff.
Jasonlovessara: I think your motivation is a great reason! I think its so important to learn good eating habbits while growing up.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. Well I had like a 2 week (I was in CA for work for 5 days than when I got back it just took me a little while to get back into everything)break so I don't really have anything to list. But this week I did get up to do my workouts before work and I can tell I haven't done it for 2 weeks--I'm sore!
Any goals for this upcoming week? Just to get my self back on track. DH has now decided he wants to take off some weight too, so hopefully we will get motivated together.
QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? after having my appt yesterday with the OB/GYN and finding out I do not have PCOS rather just my extra weight is the problem with my cycles and not ovulating I have much more motivation now. The Dr said if I can even lose 5- 10% that my cycles should start becoming regular again. She also said it would be wise to take the time to get healthy now before I try and get pregnant.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. As soon as I got home yesterday I did my biggest loser workout dvd and have comitted to exercise everyday!
Any goals for this upcoming week? To start tracking nutrition again and do some form of exercise everyday!
QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? currently, I lack this trait. I'm working on it. I usually use future kids - and the body that comes with it; if I am healthy before, it will be easier to get healthy again after.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I didn't eat like a pig! and I'm feeling better about my clothes too. I'm not cooking as much as I had hoped, but with all that's going on I can't feel that guilty for my lack of recipe planning.
Any goals for this upcoming week? To plan meals! I will be home for at least two, and I'd like to leave The Hubs some leftovers if possible.

QOTW: What is your motivation when things get tough (such as a difficult time when you are excercising, not wanting to excercise, not wanting to eat healthy, etc)? Going to my WW meetings usually helps me regain focus.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I was down 2.5 pounds at my weigh-in this week which was good because I actually followed plan, went to the gym...and this was actually a happy surprise because I didn't "feel" like I lost any weight.
Any goals for this upcoming week? ditto Abbie - keep on truckin'.
