Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have a rash on my arm
My coworker said it's from stress. I've been eating oranges all week and I *think* I'm allergic to them so that could also be the cause of the rash. It's a bunch of tiny red bumps on my wrist and halfway to my elbow.
I just hope I didn't catch anything from the gym last night...

I have an itchy wrist today, too. Odd, but I'm sure mine is nothing.
Just make sure you pay attention to the way the rest of your body feels, and monitor your temperature.
