New screen name

I don't post here often, but realized that when I do, you guys won't recognize me because I have a new screen name!

I changed my name for privacy reasons and don't want to say what my old name was, so I'll re-introduce myself.  I live in State College and I'm very involved in animal rescue and have 2 dogs and a horse (who had some major medical issues a few months ago that I posted about under my old sn - it might help you to determine who I "am").  If you know my old sn, please don't post it here - I'm trying to completely separate myself from that "identity".

Thanks!

Re: New screen name

  • Got it!  How is your horse? Is he all better?
  • got it too.  Hope all is well with you!
  • Yes, he seems to be all better!  We'll go back to the hospital in early summer so they can look internally and confirm that his infection is gone, but I haven't seen any visible symptoms, so I'm very optimistic that the infection has been completely cleared up!  I started riding him again about a month ago (after 7 months of no riding), which was awesome...I literally cried the first time I got on him, because there was a time there that I wasn't sure if he'd even survive.  It was quite emotional.
