Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am just curious, we do but rarely use it.
Re: Do you have a landline?
Yes. Right now, MH uses it for work (his work computer dials in through the phone line.) His company is upgrading the computers this year, though, so we won't need it.
However, it has occured to me that we might not be able to get rid of it like we'd planned - I dial in for work every few months when I have coverage. Thank you for posting this - it reminds me I need to talk to my manager about it.
