I've been looking at listings just for fun, and the prices are ridiculous. We are finally getting the process started and getting pre-approved. I would be so happy if we are able to find something!

Lots of condos in my complex are available. The one right across the way from us listed at $199,000! It's 3 bedrooms. Come on, I want a friend close by!
