Felt baby move

I think I felt the baby move this weekend.  I was seating on the floor watching DH play the Wii Fit, and then I felt this "popping".  I didn't realize what was going on at first, but I could have sworn it was the baby! Am I imagining things? My dr told me I won't feel the baby move until maybe 20 weeks, but I also heard other women feeling it earlier than that.  Anyway, I am excited.  DH was conviced it was the baby, and that he wanted to play Wii with him.

Re: Felt baby move

  • That's awesome! Isn't it the best feeling ever?! : )

I felt Eric around 18 weeks, and this one at 15.

  • That's got to be it. It feels like popcorn or something. I felt Mary around this time. Esp after I ate something sweet. Congrats!

  • Yeah, it was! I thought I was imagining things at first, b/c it didn't register in my pregnant brain as quickly as it should have, but I have never felt that kind of popping before, so I'm thinking it is the baby.  I hope I will feel it again today.

  • That is exciting!  I would say that's the baby.  I felt the baby at around this time.  It wasn't popping though, more like a poke.  People tried to convince me it wasn't the baby but I kept feeling the same thing progressively each day so I knew what it was.
  • How cute!  It's such an exciting feeling!
