As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Wish me luck - resigning
Well, ladies, I go in to talk to my boss today to resign. I'm going to be a SAHM. DH's new job involves lots of travel, and I didn't want to handle dropping off/picking up from day care all by myself 50% of the time. Yes, we're crazy with this economy, but I think it's a great opportunity for DH and we don't have to move to afford for me to be a SAHM.
I had no idea I was going to do this when I went out on maternity, so it may be a bit of a suprise for my boss. We'll see if I come home with some sort of crazy plan for working part time - but that will be hard due DH's travel - I can't commit to being able to come into work on Monday for 6 hours every week, for example.
I'll let you know how it goes.
