Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    I'm back at work and the appointment was relatively uneventful....aside from the 45 minute blood draw.  Yes, you read that correctly, 45 minutes for 5 little vials. the woman was a nut and I almost went pyscho-lady on her.  But, everyone else was great!

     whaaaaa? 45 minutes?! that's ridiculous. i'm glad everything else went well, though!
