Need dessert ideas
I am responsible for desserts on Easter. There is going to be a crapload of people so I need individual serving types of ideas. I already am planning on cupcakes and rice krispie treats but I need some fancier ideas.

I've never tried them but they sound fabulous! I'll definitely take the recipe.
Individual cheescake bites
I like to make individual trifles with small clear plastic cups I get from Smart & Final. I layer pound cake cubes, chocolate pudding, whipped cream and raspberries then top it with the whipped cream and crushed Skor bar.
For Easter, I would do angel food cake with whipped cream and fresh fruit
But that's just me
