Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: my hubs
got a 7% annual raise. I'm so proud of him, his store has been consistantly in the top 40 stores in the entire country (they have approx 5k stores nation wide) he got the highest review he could and the highest raise/ bonus they allow. I'm really proud of him. I just had to AW a little, since this is going to help in our house search.
