While we are in the Easter Celebrating and Sharing mood. I want to try something new and I want to know what your guilty pleasure is.

Mmmm...I'm not sure I can pick just one.
My grandparents make delicious homemade ice cream and chocolate sauce, but only on special occasions because they use an old-fashioned crank something-or-other and it takes awhile. But it's always oh-so-good!
oooh yummy! i just had a cupcake yesterday. i cannot pick a favorite dessert. i love them all. i mean seriously, why discriminate!?!?! LOL

Always available in my house is ice cream... usually something w/ Caramel. Last night DH opened a Tortuga Rum Cake, and it was delish (forget the flavor, but it had raisins in it).
4 Leche is amazing.

Has anyone had or made a cake that has applesauce in it instead of oil. The recipe says that it cuts 750 calories out of the cake. It says that its just like a regular cake but more moist and less fattening.
I'm going to make cupcakes for sunday like this.
I love half baked chocolate chip cookie dough right out of the oven with vanilla ice cream on top yum. There is always ice cream at my houseas well. Cookie dough or Cookies and cream. My Fav.

Tough question!!! For me it would be a toss up of dulce de leche ice cream or strawberry short cake.
And Katie, yes I've made lots of cakes with applesauce and they come out delicious! I've also heard that you can use beets, but I can't remember exactly.
I've heard of this, but have never tried it! I think I'm going on a baking spree this weekend, and must try this!
