Re: remind me of what the rule is

  • I'm super lazy, so I say rest a day....or ten.
  • Well, it's kinda B - you should do something, but not another 30DS workout. Take a walk to warm up and then stretch the muscles out and make sure you drink lots of water to flush out all the crap. Then you should be good to go for tomorrow. You should have some rest in between weight workouts.
  • The only way to get rid of that lactic acid that's making you cry is to do it all over again.

     Seriously it will help!

Ditto. I vote A. The sooner you get back on the horse, the sooner you'll adapt to the routine - i.e. less crying in the future.

  • HEY!  who besides me voted for C??

Not me!  Ditto Yahpee and Kirkette!

    You crack me up!

  • Back on the horse, dude. It sounds completely counter-intuitive, but it really does help. Just don't push yourself quite as hard.
  • I actually vote that you do 30DS again!!  I remember back on JM and 30DS message boards that this was a common thing - being super sore from L1, Day 1.  JM said that that dvd is designed to target a bunch of muscles, and so doing it again the next day is A OK.  In fact, that was what it was designed for.

GL and please check back in after you're done!

    Yes

    Yes

    Agreed.

  • Agreed on getting back on the horse...  If you do Shred every day, or on really fun days, TWICE a day, you can really feel a difference.
  • Maybe Wan isn't answering bc she's doing Day 2 right now!
  • I voted for B - try level 2. it's good to mix it up. then again, I'm a fatty mcfatterson so I'm not one to talk.

  • Are your muscles sore or tired? If they're sore, do A, it will help. If my muscles are actually fatigued, I always put in a crap effort at the gym, in which case I vote B.
  • I voted C because I like lazy, bacon-eating, chocolate chip cooking making Wan. <3
  • Where is option D for quitting immediately?
