I actually vote that you do 30DS again!! I remember back on JM and 30DS message boards that this was a common thing - being super sore from L1, Day 1. JM said that that dvd is designed to target a bunch of muscles, and so doing it again the next day is A OK. In fact, that was what it was designed for.
