Work Vents
1 - My company is participating in the Corporate Run, April 30th. The organizer asked me a while back if I was going to attend. I really want to, but DH leaves the next morning for the weekend (guys trip), and I wanted to spend the evening w/ him (and help him pack). Well, when I told her, she says (in a VERY LOUD voice) "Oh, you think you are going to get laid?!" and my cubicle is right outside my boss' office. Yesterday, she asked me again, and I told her I couldn't, and she said "oh yeah, that's right, you'll be having s*x that night." RUDE. Now every time she sees me, she asks me about the run. Now, she asked me, "how long is he gone for?" and when I told her the weekend, she replies "oh, I can understand that." Dude, I've said it from the beginning! GGGRRR
2 - Same organizer asked a coworker (which everyone hates) what size shirt she needs and informs her that they have from small to 2XL, to which the coworker response (very loudly as I can hear her from across the office) "2XL, that is insulting!" Her boss is prob larger than a 2XL! HELLO!

WOW! They sound like a bunch of really great people to work with....NOT! sorry she was so rude to you. And let me say, what is it any of her business what you and your husband will be doing? Just a thought. I would have been really pissed.
As for the co-worker I don't think I really have words for her except "wow".
