No Deal [:(]
So...the deal on our existing house just fell through. 
Their home inspection found all these minute little things that we think scared the crap out of the buyers so they bailed. We offered to fix/pay for a bunch of them, but not all. Plus, apparently we have elevated levels of radon, and now we have to disclose that as well to future potential buyers. (Don't even get me started on what I think of radon mitigation systems for unfinished basements!) This has just turned into a nightmare. Our realtor says we have another offer waiting for us tomorrow but I just foresee the same thing happening since they are first time buyers and will probably get scared of an old house, too. Oh, well....back to the drawing board. It seemed to have been going way too well anyways. Oh, and to just add to my bad day....my brother was in a car accident and totaled his car. He's okay for the most part...just bumps and bruises, but still, that put a huge scare on our family on what was already a trying day. Okay, vent over.

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. I'm glad he is ok and recovers quickly.

I agree with you on the radon. Hopefully the next people will be totally in love with the house and jump at the chance. I hope your brother is ok and it isn't a nightmare dealing with insurance.
Aw Jill, I'm so sorry to hear that your deal fell through. There were so many interested buyers so hopefully this is just a temporary set back.
I'm glad your brother is okay. Car accidents are so scary. I hope his bumps and bruises heal quickly.
