Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

BAD SERVICE - pep boys in costa mesa...
just a heads up out there. read my posting about car troubles a few postings down. now that my situation has gone from bad to worse, and no one at the pep boys wants to deal with it/acknowledge that it was their fault, i thought i'd spread the word about my horrific experience, so that no one else goes through something similar.
not only when dealing with me, but I saw several other irate customers while I was there, and personally heard how the staff helping the customers (including the asst. manager I personally dealt with) barely listened to the customer as they took their car and prepared to work on it.
So, just a heads up... my horrific experience was at the Pep Boys in Costa Mesa, (on S. Bristol, right next to the Lab and down the street from South Coast Plaza).
