Bikram tonight!

...with DH. I'm tired today, but know I'll be so glad I went!

Re: Bikram tonight!

  • I went this afternoon for the first time and seriously thought I was going to pass out.  I didn't even make it to an hour and sat down through most of it Embarrassed It was really pathetic!  But, I'm going to go at it again tomorrow and see if I can last.  I'm going to try mornings instead to see if that makes a difference since I can't seem to curb heavy lunches.  DH did rather well though and wants to stick it through, so at the very least he'll be my motivator!

How long have you been going?  Does it get better/easier?
