Any goals for this upcoming week? to make it to 30 minutes on the eliptical every day
QOTW: When you are in a pinch, what is your favorite healthy place to grab something to eat? I don't eat out much when its not pre-planned, I try to plan out all my food for the day (a little obsessive but it works for me). Wendy's is a good option though for WW girls, their grilled chicken sandwich is pretty good. I also like subway.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I'm proud that I got my butt in gear with my eating. I have been a Weight Watchers drop-out for about a month now and this week I really tracked my points and stuck to it. Plus I got in my morning work out every day this week.
Any goals for this upcoming week? To keep my healty eating/tracking going. This past week my change showed on the scale so hopefully that will be enough motivation for me.
QOTW: When you are in a pinch, what is your favorite healthy place to grab something to eat? Actually it is McDonalds.... their salads are so tasty and the points are not too crazy depending on the salad you get... I love their Southwest salad
