Finnegan's Wake?
So, I am thinking of going to Finnegan's Wake this weekend with a few friends (provided My H is on the mend, which I am confident he will be!). I am not too familar with Philly nightlife, so have only heard of it in passing. Any thoughts on it?
Any knotties want to do a mini-gtg there Saturday night? All are welcome to come!

Finnegan's is more of a younger crowd. Last time I was there it was all 21 year olds and it got old fast. I def sound like I'm 40...LOL.
I despise Finnegans. Like PPs said it's def a younger crowd (with some bachelorette parties thrown in). WAY too crowded for my liking. But it depends what kind of place you like. you'll definitely be squeezing between drunk 21 yr olds for your drinks. They usually have good cover bands, though.
I haven't been out drinking in the city for awhile, but I usually prefer some of the more laid back Old City bars.
