I leave for Palm Springs tomorrow for a Bachelorette Party weekend and I have the worst cramps and period of my life right now. Fek... all I wanna do is sleep.

That's the worst! I don't know if you're like me, but I get puffy and I retain water like crazy. It happened to me at a wedding I went to last weekend and I felt like a cream puff, which sucks when you're trying to look your best.
Just get real wasted and all should be fine.
What does warm milk do? I didn't know to avoid caffeine!!
I just had a big coffee black.
