I think a mojito, made with fresh mint and fresh lime. After that, I'm with Jen on the bottle of corona with lime:)
BTW, I LOVE this. Wouldn't it be fab if we could really all get together for a happy hour. I vote that one of the Florida gals hosts us and then we really sit under an umbrella by the water.

A mojito sounds delicious...there's a place at the Pike Market that makes a mean one with fresh raspberries
On my end, I just sat down with a Mike's light hard cranberry lemonade, and it is surprisingly delicious. It still has 98 calories, which makes me shudder to think at how many are in the regular (no nutrition info was on the package when I checked at the store
)
And I think a joint happy hour would be lovely, and I would host everyone in San Diego months down the road if I was actually able to have time off
