what is this? No FFF?

no one wants to spill their guts today?  Big Smile

Re: what is this? No FFF?

  • I'm sick of hearing about Susan Boyle from Britain's Got Talent. Yes, she sings beautifully, but is it really that amazing that someone who is homely can sing?  I think it's more insulting that people are in such disbelief.  Just tired of it being constantly talked about...
  • I'm tired of people incessantly complaining about how awful being pregnant is or how awful it is that their children might misbehave or not go to sleep at a convenient time.  Some of us would die to be pregnant or have children to complain about.

(I'm sure I B&M about things that annoy people...but this is what FFF is all about, right?)

Thanks to the colleague across the hall from me who is wearing her cute tank emblazoned with, "Pregnant is the new skinny!"  OMG, you're skinny AND pregnant.  I'm fat with an empty uterus and three dead babies.  Thanks for rubbing salt in that wound of mine.  I'm glad things have been easy for her, but don't worry about your friends.

ETA: While I haven't been a TEA protestor this week, I am not happy that the IRS spent time & money for paper/ink/stamp/envelope to tell me that there was an error on my tax return and I now owe them $0.21 interest.  They're still out the difference of a stamp.  geez.

LOL - She is EVERYWHERE!  I'm sticking to my motto "Paul Potts.  I'll never forget!"  He is the original homely Britain w/ an amazing voice - who ended up winning.  (And I think he's better than Susan Boyle.)

I'd never heard of Paul Potts til this week, and now every time I see his name I think of Pol Pot.

  • Sarah and Kristin - hugs to you both.  You will both be mommies!  People are insensitive :*(

  • We're watching my sister's Pomeranian until she gets an apartment where she can keep her and I now know I will never own a little dog.  I'm sick of the yapping and general Diva behavior.

I really miss my huge puppy Bear Sad   oh ***. cryfest at work, great.

ditto! I have two friends I went to high school with on Facebook and all they put in their status is how they're tired of being pregnant OR they want to sleep. Worse yet, they are both on #2. hello!

I agree.  I've had to ignore a couple of people on FB who go back and forth literally all day updating about pregnancy stuff, mainly complaining, like 7 different updates.  Plus there just seems to be a lot of friends who've popped up pregnant, like for the 2nd and 3rd time and the well wishes get tiring.  Maybe I should update my status to "samk213 is running to the restroom to check her cervical mucous" I wonder how many well wishes I'd get from that?
