French Drain Cost? Foundation Repair?
Hi gals,
I usually lurk on the money board, but have started peaking at the posts over here to keep informed of DFW specific stuff. I have a DFW question.
DH and I are looking at foundation companies and are also considering getting a french drain to help the drainage inbetween us and the neighbors. Any ideas on how much that might cost? I would prefer without a sump pump, just to avoid the added maintenance.
And if you have any thoughts on the foundation companies (Atlas, GL Hunt, Perma Pier, AmeriTex) or advice on the foundation repair process, I'm all ears.
