Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

An AW for Mike
Or the BAH as he likes to be called here. 
He ran a half marathon this morning - his first - in 2:02! I'm so impressed! He randomly decided to enter about 3 weeks ago and had only been running about 5 miles for a few weeks before that. The longest run he did before the race was 10 miles and he did awesome! To show how bad I am, I did my first (and only) HM in 3:07.
I'll prob post pics on FB later.
