As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think were moving soon...
So DH got a phone call from our neighbor last night when we were over at my moms house. The neighbor said the head lady of the association was coming over to talk to us bc she got complaints of poop on our deck from the neighbors. So DH went back to the house and waited for her. He cleaned the deck and she came over. I guess she got 2 complaints that our deck was messy and its a "sight for sore eyes" in the same day. If you dont clean your deck its a $100 fine! Well we have a list of things that still need to get done that we requested and called them to fix for 2 years (since we moved in). After the conversation, DH told me ' i think we are gonna look for a house now. this is rediculous!" So we are. No rush really but hopefully soon enough. We are excited!

wow. thats crazy. Our homeowners assc. president lives 2 doors down from us and we let our puppy go the the bathroom in the woods behind our house no one can see it, but thats not good enough I was informed that we need to be picking that up also. UM no. i dont think so no one goes into the woods.
I would be mad if someone is complaining about your porch....
Good Luck looking for houses! Its fun and exciting to be able to look for something you want, and they say its a buyers market.
