Fort Worth Restaurant suggestions
Anyone been to Palermo's Italian on Magnolia? Or have any other suggestions for a group of 8-10 for a Saturday night birthday dinner? (My mom's) Needs to be near downtown.
Shelby is 7, Coleman is 5!

Palermo Review
Daddy Jack's (seafood)
Cabo Grande (mexican)
Mexican Inn (mexican, duh!)
Palermo's is really good. We haven't been in a long time and I keep begging DH to take me.
Los Vaqueros is also good for Mexican. Fun, festive atmosphere. Down by the Stockyards.
I haven't been to Palermo, but do love both Yucatan Taco Stand and Nona Tatta both on Magnolia.
The only problem is that Nona Tatta doesn't take reservations, but if it's nice you can sit outside. In fact, you can bring your own table and chairs for no wait. :-)
Another great Italian is Piola!
VA, you know I already done my google searching and read that review!
We are heading to a jazz lounge at 9:00 so just want dinner- and probably not Mexican because that makes us want to go home and go to sleep, heehee.
Taverna is really good Italian.
Reata and Vidalia's (at the Worthington) are both really good, but a little on the pricier side if that matters. Chop House falls into this category.
There is also PF Changs.
Of course Carla!
Anyone have a review of Junsuree (Thai on Magnolia) ?
Piola was supposed to open either last week or the week before. But I haven't called to double check.
And I didn't know that bout Nonna Tata on Saturdays. Sorry! disregard that recommendation, but Meg... go there sometime. It is AMAZING!
Scampi's on Magnolia. We had our rehearsal dinner there and it was really, really good 5 years ago. Pretty sure it is BYOB. It says Mediterranean but it's more coastal Italian. It's a small place so you'd definitely need reservations.
