Is it MLS#26963? That house is already sale pending, we called about it yesterday. We love the Penn Hills area. We used to have a townhouse in the first set as you drive in from College Ave. and we loved it. That neighborhood was so nice and quite (we have had some bad neighbor experiences at our townhouse now).

Our neighbors are 28368. I guess they have one offer but there are some contingencies on it (well, this was as of Saturday when we talked to them). We love Penn Hills too - it's so close to everything but it's nice and quiet. And we have an awesome view of the fireworks on the 4th!!!
Good luck in your house search! We were super lucky and found ours within the first half dozen or so houses we looked at.
This was almost 4 years ago though....geez, time flies!
I feel like we have been looking forever. I think we have probably looked at about 20 houses so far. The problem is we are priced out of a lot of the areas in State College, so we have been looking in Bellefonte as well.
I really miss living out in Penn Hills, it was a great location for us.
