Hoo la la.
I have a super special snack that I'm saving for 4pm. A hard boiled egg. I'm debating on whether to eat the yolk or not. I had an egg with the yolk plus just an egg white from another egg for breakfast. That might be yolk overdose.
Thoughts? It would be an extra 50 calories though.

actually, i'd have tossed the yolk, too. but not for the calorie issue. i just don't like hard-cooked yolks.

I am seriously debating popping open a can of 7up. I hate that my job has all kinds of junk food here.
