a funny story, and an AW of sorts
so this one time, last summer, i took the girls and the teen's BFF to the mall.
we were sucking up free a/c, doing some early school shopping, and snacking, of course. on our way out, BFF spies a roll of cash just kickin' it on the floor, with no one else noticing it. she looks at me and the teen, and then they both look at me, and i say "dude, scoop it up and stick it in your pocket. if we find anyone who looks like they're looking for it, we'll give it to 'em. and if not, well..."
and we sashayed out the door.
i submitted the story to a writer from glamour magazine who was polling for anecdotes about i don't even remember what anymore, and then just forgot about it.
just now, i got an email from a glamour editor asking for a picture of me to use with the quote for the july issue. LMFAO - now the world will know what a bad mom and terrible influence i am.
oh, and the cash? BFF split it with the teen towards the purchase of some jonas brothers paraphernalia. niiiiice.
