As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It?s a time to Celebrate! Your employee (listed below) has a birthday quickly approaching. This would be a great time to acknowledge your employee and their special day. Please be sensitive to the fact that not all employees would like their birthday?s publically acknowledged.
So its a great time to acknowledge my employee BUT not publically. lol
