Re: list of acronyms?

  • A lot of them we just make up as we go along. Wink We like to acronym things.

Since you are my book board friend, if you aren't sure, just ask. Yes

  • I know I just start making shiit up. If I don't recognize something, I use google - usually urban dictionary or wikipedia has a translation LOL
  • to start, what is DD?  i think it has something to do with children.

  • DD could be one of two things (that i know of, at least):

"dear daughter" which is stupid.  you'll also see DS, for "dear son."  goes right along with DH.

or, it could be "dirty delete," which is often something that lame asses do when they post something and get responses they don't like.   there are some good reasons for DDing, like typos or grammar (although the "edit" function kind of makes that unnecessary anymore) or like yesterday on MM, when i wanted to punch some girl in the face for completely spoiling american idol for me by putting the results in the damn post title.

I think it could be, but I don't call ANYTHING in my life Dear or Darling. I will never use this acronym.

Same here. "H" suffices well enough.
