Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Along with pretty much everyone else I have been trying to eat better, and cut back on my sugar/soda/junk intake. I've been doing really good, i used to drink 2/3 mtn dews a day, and i haven't had a single regular soda in 2 weeks, i've been drinkin a crap load of water, crystal light, and diet sodas (which i know are not great for you, but i gotta have something)....but ne ways, i weighed myself today and i lost 9lbs, yay...i dunno if its its water weight or what, but hey i'll take it!!!
How is everyone else doing?

Congrats Sting!!! THat is awesome!!! YOu are motivating me to do the same!! I cannot say the same however about losing weight. I did horrible this weekend and to top it off, DH and I went for an icecream run to Baskin robbins last night. There lemon custard ice cream is DELICIOUS!!! sorry just had to say it. I'm gonna do better this week I PROMISE!!!

I've been eating much better but, still need to get myself exercising more. I know that's the thing that will make the difference but, it's definitely not going to happen this week until the heat breaks on Wednesday!!!
