ST goal: to exercise at least 3x a week (just bought a stepper and resistance bands, I know it?s small but it?s better than nothing lol) and eat healthier, hopefully ready for swimsuit season in July.
LT goal: to lose 55 lbs. and save myself from diabetes (I?ve always tip-toed along borderline-diabetic), high blood pressure and heart disease (all run in my family)
I am proud: that I have lost 2 lbs in after just one day! I know it?s small, but it?s encouraging!
