For those losing weight...

I used my stepper for about 25 minutes today and my quads ache when I tried to start for a second time today.

Is that a bad idea...overexerting? It's not unbearable but I can definitely feel it in my legs.

Maybe I'll get to my resistance bands instead.


How's everybody doing today with their workout?

  • I got blood taken today so I am not going to go workout. I will be going tomorrow.
