I got a new puppy, her name is Shia. I brought her home last night from the shelter. She is very sweet but needs alot of training. I'm hoping to not come home to any disaster today because DH are working all day.

Re: AW: My new baby
awwwwwww So cute!!! I want a new puppy, but we already have a puppy who has issues with her manners! So DH said I CAN NOT get another one until this one figures out how to pee & poop outside, not inside! =(
But congrats, SO CUTE!
beautiful dog!?
She has the prettiest ice blue eyes that you can't see in the picture. We are not used to dealing with a puppy thats for sure. Our other Golden is so well behaved. So far she went potty on the carpet last night and has chased the cats. Today she will have the doggie door to use and she seems to like it so hopefully she is good.
Shell, she is BEAUTIFUL!!!! OMG I love golden retrievers!!! Ya'll are such wonderful people for rescuing her and giving her a wonderful home!!! How did your other dog take to her? I'm sure they will be bestest of friends!!!
STING and BKENAN, i need to see pics of said puppies....i can't have any so I need to live vicariously through you!!!!
Megan I will post some when I get home. If I remember at lunch I can e-mail myself some. Why cant you have any??
We tried to adopt a siberian husky right before christmas and things didnt go so well. She was so pretty and sweet but as soon as we left she went crazy, tearing the blinds off every window in the house, eating a hole through the shetrock, ripping our garage door to shreds and busting the cage door off the cage. So needless to say that didnt work out. We got lied to when we rescued her and didnt know anything about her past until it was to late.
When I saw the puppy we have now my heart melted, Dh saw him and melted to. We had talked about waiting until the end of summer but we had to have him. Even our daughter pitched a fit when he left without him the first time. He is a dream so far...knock on wood...
I found another pic on my phone. Yeah I have gotten a few dogs and both my cats came from the shelter. Its so sad how many there are to adopt, I can't see getting one anywhere else. Our other dog Junior really loves her. He pretty much loves any other dogs so after he sniffed her for about 15 minutes he just wanted to play. I think he is happy to have a friend.
Bkenan, what kind of puppy is it?? THat's sad about the husky they are beautiful dogs. He must've have some seperation anxiety issues obviously.
We can't have pets at our place, it's the rules. We'll get fined a $100 a day if we do. That's why we have to sneak DH's family dog over late at night and only on weekends so we won't get caught!!
It sux though cause we have the dogs that we want picked out (westie and scottie) but we have to wait a while until we move somewhere else, which will be awhile.
