As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Allergies...
I feel like I'm dying. I'm exhausted, dizzy, achy and my eyes are bloodshot as all hell.
H went golfing yesterday and he said he was sneezing so much that his body hurt.
Anyone else's allergies going crazy?

Oh yea - they suck. I can only take regular Claritin, then Sudafed for decongestant.Not as strong as my usual Claritin D.
I'm just trying to stay in my air conditioned bubble (aka my house) as much as I can. Which sucks - b/c I love being outside.
Does anyone use a netty pot? They really help with allergies - your nose just has to be clear to use it. I'm really bad about using mine, but I'm going to start tonight since mine are getting worse and we'll be turning the AC off.
My eyes have been puffy in the morning, so I am trying to take Claritin D every day.
I can't do the neti pot. It skeves me out!
